Through her powerful Level Up Academy, Jessica Bowden is turning dreams into real businesses — one young entrepreneur at a time.
As the video explains, Level Up Academy is designed to help up-and-coming businesses (especially youth and Black-owned ventures) “have a seat at the business table and gain massive exposure.” Jessica provides hands-on mentorship, professional training, marketing tools, and real opportunities to showcase products and services.
During the pandemic, when many small businesses lost physical spaces, Level Up Academy became a lifeline. Participants received guidance on branding, customer connection, and scaling — with many going on to feature in Ebony Shopping Plaza.
Whether it’s jewelry makers, resin artists, apparel creators, or wellness brands, Jessica’s program gives them the skills and spotlight they need to succeed. It perfectly complements her other initiatives like Teens Now Talk Magazine and her own UbU4U clothing line.
Jessica’s message is simple: when one Black business rides, we all ride.
